Registration process consists of two steps:
Step 1. Create an account on the conference website to gain the access to the registered users area.
Instantly you will receive an e-mail with activation link. Then (not later than the following working day) our administrator will activate your account.
With an active account log in on our website and use Registration form (see: Step 2) or submit the abstract(s) of your presentation(s) (see: FAQ 6 for details).
Step 2. Register on-line using Registration form mentioned above.
During the registration process please use only characters of the English alphabet. - How can I become a presenter?
First of all check the information about submitting abstracts on the Call for Papers page.
If you already created an account on our website and it has been activated, you can use the on-line submitting form to upload the abstract(s) of your presentation(s). If you don't have an account on our website, please create one (see: FAQ 5 for details). - How can I pay the conference fee?
The payment should be made only in Polish zloty (PLN) or euro (EUR). The only way to pay before the conference is a bank transfer to a conference account. During the conference payment in cash will be also possible.
Sorry, we do not accept credit cards or debit cards. See payment and fees section for details. Please mind the deadlines for early bird and standard fees payment.
Payment documentation. After receiving your bank transfer we will notify you via e-mail about this fact. During the conference you will be given an invoice, if needed.
